The Inspire Service Standard sets out five commitments for how we onboard customers, handle faults, answer calls, protect contracted prices and manage exits.
These standards describe how we run Inspire Telecom and the service we commit to providing. Each standard below has its own link so you can refer to the relevant commitment.
Honest Onboarding
No teaser pricing, no inflated speed claims, no hidden terms. Realistic expectations for the location, full cost from month one, and a contract clear enough that nobody gets a surprise six months in.
Proactive Fault Ownership
We don't wait for customers to chase us. We diagnose root cause (not just reset the router), document what changed, and confirm the fix is holding. Problems get resolved, not recycled.
60-Second Human Response
A real UK-based human picks up within 60 seconds on average. They own the case from first contact to resolution. No chatbots, no department bouncing, no repeating the same story.
Fixed-Price Protection
The price on the contract is the price that gets paid. No mid-contract rises, no creeping fees, no annual CPI surprises. Customers know what they're paying for the full term.
Fair Exit, Earned Retention
Simple porting and straightforward exit terms. We keep customers by delivering the service we promised, not by making it painful to leave.
The 60-second figure is an average phone-answer time. The time needed to resolve a fault depends on its cause and the work required. Fair Exit means straightforward porting and clear exit terms; any applicable early termination charges are set out in your agreement.
