These Website Terms of Use (the "Website Terms") govern your use of inspiretelecom.co.uk, including all subdomains, related pages, and tools (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Inspire Telecom Limited ("Inspire", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11841822, registered office Alpha House, Laser Quay, Rochester, Kent, ME2 4HU.

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

These Website Terms are separate from, and in addition to, the terms that apply to specific products or signup flows. See Section 9 for the relationship to other terms.

• "Content" means all text, images, logos, graphics, video, audio, code, design, layout, brand names, product names, plans, pricing, written articles, blog posts, glossary entries, and other material made available on the Website.
• "Tools" means the availability checkers, postcode lookups, signup flows, contact forms, quote forms, and any other interactive feature on the Website.
• "You" means the person, business, or automated agent accessing the Website.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes connected with:

• Learning about Inspire Telecom products and services.
• Checking availability of services at an address where you intend to sign up.
• Signing up to a service for yourself or your business.
• Managing an existing relationship with Inspire (support, billing, complaints).
• Press, partnership, or recruitment enquiries.

Any other use, in particular use by automated agents, scrapers, competitors gathering market data, or aggregators, is not permitted without our prior written consent.

Our availability checkers, postcode lookups, signup forms, quote forms, and contact forms (together, the "Tools") are provided for one purpose only: to allow a real person (or an authorised representative of a business) to find out whether Inspire Telecom can supply a service and, where applicable, to begin signing up to that service.

When you use the Tools you must not:

• Submit a postcode, address, or set of details you do not intend to follow through to a possible signup.
• Use, or attempt to use, the Tools by means of any bot, script, scraper, headless browser, captcha solver, or other automated process.
• Submit volumes of requests beyond what a single person would reasonably make.
• Submit information about another person or business without their knowledge and authority.
• Use the Tools to harvest, compile, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit Openreach line-test results, mobile coverage data, pricing data, or any other Content.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Tools or related infrastructure.

We monitor use of the Tools and reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or take other action against any access we reasonably believe breaches this section. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any signup or order that resulted from breach of these Website Terms.

All Content on the Website is owned by, or licensed to, Inspire Telecom Limited. All copyright, trade marks, design rights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Website and the Content are, and remain, the property of Inspire Telecom Limited or our licensors.

Except as expressly permitted below, you may not (and may not allow any third party to):

• Copy, reproduce, republish, store, post, transmit, sell, license, lease, rent, assign, or otherwise distribute any Content.
• Adapt, alter, translate, decompile, or create derivative works from any Content or from the Website itself.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or underlying logic of the Website or any of the Tools.
• Use any Content to train, fine-tune, prompt, or evaluate any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model, without our prior written consent.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notice from the Content.

You may print or download extracts of pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the material and you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

Inspire, Inspire Telecom, Inspire Business, Inspire Mobile, Inspire LightLine, InspireCare 24/7, the Inspire logo, and any related brand names and logos are used by Inspire Telecom Limited. You may not use these names or logos without our prior written consent, except for fair-use reference in editorial or news coverage.

You must not, when using the Website:

• Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload, post, or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Introduce viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers on which it is hosted, any database, or any other account belonging to Inspire or any other user.
• Attack the Website with any denial-of-service, distributed denial-of-service, or similar attack.
• Bypass, defeat, or circumvent any security measure, rate limit, captcha, or other access control.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise pass off the Website or any part of it as your own.

Breaches of this section may be reported to the relevant authorities, including the police, and we may share information about you in connection with such a report.

You may link to the Website provided you do so in a way that is fair, legal, and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw permission for a link without notice.

Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period arising out of or in connection with the Website is limited to £100.

These Website Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
