Three Way Calling


Have you ever needed to speak with a group of people together but don't live close to them? With our Three Way Calling service you can do just that! Speak to them individually or merge the calls together, its up to you! *Diverted calls to mobiles will be charged at mobile call rates.


Call Waiting

Are you missing important calls due to being on the phone? Our service will notify you by sounding a beep if you have a call coming through whilst you're on the line. The person trying to get through will be advised to hold the line and you then decide whether you want to swap between calls or end the original one. This a great additional service paired with Call Minder as it allows for callers to leave a message if they cant get through.

How long will my broadband transfer take?

After you have spoken with our amazing Broadband Team, they will process your order and send you a Broadband Welcome Pack, on this document it will state your Live Date for the broadband!

Will I experience any downtime during the transfer?

99% of the time, No. We bring your services over separate to ensure minimum downtime for you!

Will you cancel on my behalf?

If you're with Plusnet, EE, Vodafone, Sky or BT; we'll contact your provider and cancel on your behalf. If you're with Virgin Media, you will need to contact them.

I already have a router, why do I need a new one?

When you transfer to Inspire Telecom Broadband, we provide you a brand new pre-configured router. When this router arrives with you, it is already set up work with our network so all you have to do is plug it in and connect using the password on the back.

What if I already have a live phone line & broadband with another provider?

If you're out of contract you can switch for free. If you're in contract you may get a penalty fee. Check with your provider to find out more information.

How will Covid-19 affect my broadband?

The continuation of COVID-19 in the UK has changed the way our company works for the safety of our customers and staff. During this time you may experience a difference in your broadband speeds, this is due to the increase in traffic through Open Reach. What network do you use?

We use the Openreach Network & Engineers. This means your service stays the same.

How does Inspire generates my bill?

Openreach record your usage and send it to Inspire on a monthly basis who generate you a bill & provide your improved customer service
