  • Fair use policy of 3 chargeable faults appointments, charges are per fault.
  • Fair use policy of 1 installation missed appointment fee.
  • The contract will run concurrent to your existing contract or a minimum period of 12 months, whichever is greater.
  • To be taken for the remainder of a fixed term contract if already in contract.
  • Engineer charges covered only after the first-line diagnostic process with our team is carried out including checking the router, master socket and wiring.
  • Engineers check for faults on the network we supply up to the termination point in your property; no internal wiring, WiFi issues, home networks, or third-party equipment are covered by InspireCare 24/7.
  • Does not cover third-party equipment/devices.
  • You will be added to the InspireCare 24/7 service on signup, billing will start immediately
  • InspireCare 24/7 is for faults and technical support only, other account queries will be handled by our team Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm
