- 1Fair use policy of 3 chargeable fault appointments per year, charged per fault.
- 2Fair use policy of 1 covered missed installation appointment fee per year.
- 3The InspireCare 24/7 contract runs concurrent to your existing service contract, or a minimum of 12 months, whichever is greater.
- 4If you are already in a fixed-term contract, InspireCare 24/7 is taken for the remainder of that contract.
- 5Engineer charges are covered only after the first-line diagnostic process with our team has been completed, including checking the router, master socket, and wiring.
- 6Cover applies to faults on the Inspire Telecom network up to the termination point in your property. Internal wiring, WiFi performance, home networks, and third-party equipment are not covered.
- 7Third-party equipment and devices are not covered.
- 8You are added to the InspireCare 24/7 service on signup and billing starts immediately.
- 9InspireCare 24/7 covers faults and technical support only. Other account queries are handled by our standard hours team: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm.
