InspireCare 24/7: terms and conditions

  1. 1Fair use policy of 3 chargeable fault appointments per year, charged per fault.
  2. 2Fair use policy of 1 covered missed installation appointment fee per year.
  3. 3The InspireCare 24/7 contract runs concurrent to your existing service contract, or a minimum of 12 months, whichever is greater.
  4. 4If you are already in a fixed-term contract, InspireCare 24/7 is taken for the remainder of that contract.
  5. 5Engineer charges are covered only after the first-line diagnostic process with our team has been completed, including checking the router, master socket, and wiring.
  6. 6Cover applies to faults on the Inspire Telecom network up to the termination point in your property. Internal wiring, WiFi performance, home networks, and third-party equipment are not covered.
  7. 7Third-party equipment and devices are not covered.
  8. 8You are added to the InspireCare 24/7 service on signup and billing starts immediately.
  9. 9InspireCare 24/7 covers faults and technical support only. Other account queries are handled by our standard hours team: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm.
