Business Referral Programme Terms

The terms that apply when you refer another business to Inspire Telecom through our business referral programme.

These terms apply to the Inspire Telecom Business referral programme. For residential referrals, see the residential referral terms.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Referral Terms") govern the Inspire Telecom Business Referral Programme (the "Programme"). Through the Programme, you, as an existing Inspire Telecom Business customer (the "Referrer"), can refer other businesses (the "Referees") to sign up for an Inspire Telecom Business service and receive a referral credit, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Programme, you must be an existing Inspire Telecom Business customer with an active business broadband, leased line, phone system, or mobile services account.

3. Referral process

To refer another business, you must provide your Inspire Telecom account number or referral link to the prospective Referee, or submit the referral via the referrals form on our website. The Referee must use this code, link, or our follow-up contact to sign up for an eligible Inspire Telecom Business service. Referrals must be made in accordance with these Referral Terms and all applicable laws.

4. Referral credit

A referral credit will be applied to your account, and to the Referee's account if stated in the current offer, after the Referee's service is activated and their first bill payment has been received in full. The value and structure of the referral credit are determined by the offer available at the time the referral is made and may change from time to time. The current offer is £50 credit each.

To qualify for the referral credit, the Referee must:

  1. Be a new Inspire Telecom Business customer who has not previously held an Inspire Telecom Business account;
  2. Sign up for an eligible Inspire Telecom Business service using the referral submitted by the Referrer;
  3. Successfully activate their service and pay their first bill in full.

5. Payment of referral credit

The referral credit will be applied to the relevant Inspire Telecom Business account(s) after the Referee's first payment has cleared and all eligibility criteria are met. The referral credit is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative reward.

6. Termination and modification

Inspire Telecom reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Programme, the referral credit, or these Referral Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the Inspire Telecom website or other appropriate channels.

7. Limitation of liability

Inspire Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Programme, the referral credit, or these Referral Terms.

8. Governing law

These Referral Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Referral Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
