Referral FAQs

How much credit do I get?
+
When the business you refer joins Inspire Telecom Business and pays their first bill, you both receive a £50 credit applied to your account.
Who can I refer?
+
Any UK business that isn't already an Inspire Telecom Business customer. Suppliers, partners, contacts, anyone you'd recommend us to.
How many businesses can I refer?
+
There's no cap. Refer as many businesses as you like and earn £50 for each one that joins and pays their first bill.
When will my credit be added?
+
Credits are applied to your account once the referred business has paid their first bill. You'll see the credit on your next invoice.
Does the business I refer need to do anything special?
+
Nothing complicated. Once you submit the form, we'll get in touch with them directly to introduce Inspire. They sign up the normal way.
What if they cancel before paying their first bill?
+
The credit is triggered by the first paid bill, so if they cancel before that, no credit is issued. After their first bill, both credits are locked in.
