1. Who is responsible for your data

Inspire Telecom Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through our scorecard tools. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at hello@inspiretelecom.co.uk.

2. What data we collect

When you complete one of our scorecard tools, we may collect the following information depending on which quiz you complete: your name, email address, phone number, and company name, together with the answers you provide during the quiz and the score or result generated at the end. We do not collect payment information or sensitive personal data as defined under UK GDPR.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to calculate and deliver your quiz results, to send you follow-up emails relevant to your score and broadband situation, and to contact you about Inspire Telecom products and services that may be relevant to you. These follow-up emails are sent via email campaign software and you can unsubscribe from them at any time using the link in any email we send you.

We may also use aggregated, anonymised quiz data to understand trends and improve our tools. This data cannot be used to identify you.

4. Our lawful basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, specifically our interest in following up with people who have expressed an interest in their broadband setup by completing one of our tools. Where we send you marketing emails, we rely on your consent, which you give by submitting your details through the quiz. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data with the following categories of trusted service providers who help us operate our tools and communications: ScoreApp (quiz platform), our email campaign software provider, and our website hosting provider. All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your contact details and quiz results for up to three years from the date you completed the quiz, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or unsubscribe from our communications, in which case we will suppress your data promptly.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct any inaccuracies, to ask us to delete your data, to object to how we are using it, and to ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@inspiretelecom.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.

8. Cookies

Our scorecard tools may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to support the functionality of the quiz and to understand how people interact with our pages. You can control cookie settings through your browser at any time.
