After you have spoken with our amazing Broadband Team, they will process your order and send you a Broadband Welcome Pack, on this document it will state your Live Date for the broadband!
Will I Experience Any Downtime During The Transfer?
99% of the time, No. We bring your services over separate to ensure minimum downtime for you!
Will You Cancel On My Behalf?
If you're with Plusnet, EE, Vodafone, Sky or BT; we'll contact your provider and cancel on your behalf. If you're with Virgin Media, you will need to contact them.
I Already Have A Router, Why Do I Need A New One?
When you transfer to Inspire Telecom Broadband, we provide you a brand new pre-configured router. When this router arrives with you, it is already set up work with our network so all you have to do is plug it in and connect using the password on the back.
What If I Already Have A Live Phone Line & Broadband With Another Provider?
